On October 8, 2020, the applicant was notified of the FTZ Board’s decision that no further review of the activity is warranted at this time. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that the
