SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background.—These investigations are being instituted, pursuant to section 733(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1673b(a)), in response to petitions filed on October 7, 2020, by Appvion Operations, Inc. (Appleton, Wisconsin) and Domtar Corporation (Fort Mill, South Carolina).
