Olive Solar 1, LLC (Mt. Olive or Petitioner), filed a petition for declaratory order (Petition) requesting that the Commission issue an order granting waiver of the qualifying facility (QF) filing requirement set forth in section 292.203 of the Commission’s regulations,1 as more fully explained in the petition.
