1233–000, pursuant to section 5 of the
Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. 717d,
instituting an investigation into whether
the public interest requires abrogation
or modification of a firm transportation
agreement and an interruptible
transportation agreement between Rover
and Gulfport (Gulfport TSAs). Rover
Pipeline LLC, 173 FERC 61,019 (2020).
Any interested person desiring to be
heard in Docket No. RP20–1233–000
