Energy (DOE) invites public comment
on its Request for Information (RFI)
number DE–FOA–0002372 regarding the
Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable
Energy’s (EERE) Medium- and HeavyDuty Truck Research and Development
Activities & SuperTruck Initiative. The
purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback
from industry, academia, research
laboratories, government agencies, and
other stakeholders on issues related to

Coalition (Complainants) filed a formal
complaint against CenterPoint Energy,
Inc. (Respondent), alleging that the
Respondent failed to report a change in
status of its market-based rate authority
seller, Southern Indiana Gas and
Electric Company, all as more fully
explained in the complaint.
The Complainant certifies that copies
of the complaint were served on the
contacts listed for Respondents in the
Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
