Regulations, notice is hereby given that

herein. Each mode of transportation for
which a particular special permit is
requested is indicated by a number in
the ‘‘Nature of Application’’ portion of
the table below as follows: 1—Motor
vehicle, 2—Rail freight, 3—Cargo vessel,
4—Cargo aircraft only, 5—Passengercarrying aircraft.
DATES: Comments must be received on
or before October 26, 2020.

ACTION: Notice of a new matching
program.
AGENCY:
Pursuant to section
552a(e)(12) of the Privacy Act of 1974,
as amended, and the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
Guidelines on the Conduct of Matching
Programs, notice is hereby given of the
conduct of the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) Disclosure of Information to
Federal, State and Local Agencies
(DIFSLA) Computer Matching Program.
DATES: Comments on this matching
notice must be received no later than 30
days after date of publication in the
Federal Register. If no public comments
are received during the period allowed
for comment, the re-established
agreement will be effective January 1,
2021, provided it is a minimum of 30
days after the publication date.
Beginning and completion dates: The
matches are conducted on an ongoing
basis in accordance with the terms of
the computer matching agreement in
effect with each participant as approved
by the applicable Data Integrity
Board(s). The term of these agreements
is expected to cover the 18-month
period, January 1, 2021 through June 30,
2022. Ninety days prior to expiration of
the agreement, the parties to the
agreement may request a 12-month
extension in accordance with 5 U.S.C.
552a(o).
