OMB previously approved the collection of information under control number 3041–0003. OMB’s most recent extension of approval will expire on October 31, 2020. On July 23, 2020, CPSC published a notice in the Federal Register to announce the agency’s intention to seek extension of approval of the collection of information. The Commission received no substantive comments. Therefore, by publication of this notice, the Commission announces that CPSC has submitted to the OMB a request for extension of approval of this collection of information, without change. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Department of Defense and the Designated Federal Officer, the Defense Policy Board was unable to provide public notification required by 41 CFR 102–3.150(a) concerning the meeting of October 6 through 7, 2020 of the Defense Policy Board. Accordingly, the Advisory Committee Management Officer for the Department of Defense, pursuant to 41 CFR 102–3.150(b), waives the 15-calendar day notification requirement. This meeting is being held under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) (5 U.S.C., App.), the Government in the Sunshine Act (5 U.S.C. 552b), and Title 41 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Sections 102–3.140 and 102–3.150.
