The Economic Development
Administration (EDA) has received
SUMMARY:
petitions for certification of eligibility to
apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
from the firms listed below.
Accordingly, EDA has initiated
investigations to determine whether
increased imports into the United States
of articles like or directly competitive
with those produced by each of the
firms contributed importantly to the
total or partial separation of the firms’
workers, or threat thereof, and to a
decrease in sales or production of each
petitioning firm.

the Metroplex International Trade
Development Corporation, grantee of
FTZ 168, requesting subzone status for
the facility of Sager Electronics, located
in Carrollton, Texas. The application
was submitted pursuant to the
provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones
Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a–81u),
and the regulations of the FTZ Board (15
CFR part 400). It was formally docketed
on September 17, 2020.
The proposed subzone (1.46 acres) is
located at 2940 Eisenhower Street, Suite
100, Carrollton (Denton County), Texas.
No authorization for production activity
has been requested at this time. The
proposed subzone would be subject to
the existing activation limit of FTZ 168.
