Take notice that on September 11,
2020, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) of the
Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, Delaware River
Partners LLC (DRP or Petitioner) filed a
petition for declaratory order. The
petition seeks a declaratory order from
the Commission stating that DRP’s
proposed liquefied natural gas
transloading operations, as part of its
multi-use deep-water seaport and
industrial logistics center in Gibbstown,
New Jersey (facility), would not subject
the facility to the Commission’s
jurisdiction under section 3 or section 7
of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. 717b
and 717f (2018), as more fully explained
in DRP’s petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
