Boyd (Complainants) filed a formal complaint against California Independent System Operator Corporation, California Public Utilities Commission, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, and Southern California Edison Company (California Parties or Respondents) alleging that, Respondent’s markets for energy and ancillary services operated by the California Parties are not workable, and that the prices in those markets are unjust and unreasonable requiring mitigation as requested, all as more fully explained in the complaint. The Complainant certifies that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts listed for Respondents in the Commission’s list of Corporate Officials. Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
