Company, LLC (Transco), Post Office

under the Natural Gas Act, and
Transco’s blanket certificate issued in

to abandon an existing 6-inch supply
lateral interconnecting with Transco’s
Mainline A, (hereinafter referred to as
the Shell Elba Lateral) and appurtenant
metering facilities, all located in St.

Environmental commenters will be
