alternatives. Framework 8 is considering fishery specifications for 
fishing years 2021-23 and adjusting measures in the herring plan that 
potentially inhibit the mackerel fishery from achieving optimum yield. 
There will also be an initial discussion of potential work priorities 
for 2021 for the herring plan. Other business will be discussed as 
necessary.
