Inform OTPCA and the Corpus Christi, Texas Area Office as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days, after it has knowledge that it will: (i) Cease doing business; or (ii) Transfer the operations specified herein to a successor company. 6. Notify all affected employees of this proposed permanent variance by the same means required to inform them of the application for a variance.
