k. Description of Proceeding: The
applicant proposes to bury a 4,000-foot
section of the of the Livermore
Development’s existing 3.2-mile
overhead transmission. The buried
section would be within an existing,
previously disturbed right-of-way over
which it holds an easement to occupy
and access for maintenance. The
application includes revised Exhibit G
drawings to meet the Commission’s
current requirements. The applicant is
not proposing any changes to project
operations, recreation facilities, or
public access, and the proposal will not
impact the project’s generating or water
control capabilities.

pursuant to 18 CFR part 201, Alliance
Pipeline L.P. submitted a request for
approval of accounting treatment for
certain deferred tax balances.
