August 24, 2020, and related
determinations.

include reimbursement for eligible
emergency protective measures for the
following areas determined to have been
adversely affected by the event declared
an emergency by the President in his
declaration of August 24, 2020.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The counties of Aransas, Bexar, Brazoria,
Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Galveston,
Hardin, Harris, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson,
Kenedy, Kleberg, Liberty, Matagorda,
Newton, Nueces, Orange, Refugio, San
Patricio, Victoria, and Willacy for
reimbursement for eligible emergency
protective measures (already designated for
emergency protective measures (Category B),
limited to direct Federal assistance and
reimbursement for mass care including
evacuation and shelter support).
