Biennial Review Under the United States-Singapore Memorandum of 
Intent on Environmental Cooperation

ACTION: Notice of a biennial review under the United States-Singapore 
Memorandum of Intent on Environmental Cooperation, and request for 
comments.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of State is providing notice that the 
United States and Singapore intend to hold a biennial review under the 
Memorandum of Intent between the Government of the United States of 
America and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on Cooperation 
in Environmental Matters (MOI) on September 15, 2020. The purpose of 
the meeting is to review the results of environmental cooperation under 
the MOI guided by the 2018-2019 Plan of Action (POA). The United States 
and Singapore also expect to approve a new 2020-2021 POA.
