Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA) that a teleconference meeting of
the Nevada Advisory Committee
(Committee) to the Commission will be
held at 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
Wednesday, September 9, 2020. The
purpose of the meeting is to vote on a
statement of concern regarding voting
access during the COVID–19 pandemic
and vote on topic of study.
