This regulation establishes
tolerances for residues of
flupyradifurone in or on multiple
commodities which are identified and
discussed later in this document. The
Interregional Project Number 4 (IR–4)
and the registrant, Bayer CropScience,
requested these tolerances under the
Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
(FFDCA).
