We are soliciting public comments to
permit the Department/Bureau to: (a)
Evaluate whether the proposed
information collection is necessary for
the proper functions of the Department,
including whether the information will
have practical utility; (b) Evaluate the
accuracy of our estimate of the time and
cost burden for this proposed collection,
including the validity of the
methodology and assumptions used; (c)
Evaluate ways to enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and (d) Minimize the
reporting burden on those who are to
respond, including the use of automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology.
Comments that you submit in
response to this notice are a matter of
public record. We will include, or
summarize, each comment in our
request to OMB to approve this ICR.

comment, you should be aware that
your entire comment—including your

(Census Bureau) is giving notice of a
virtual meeting of the Census Scientific
Advisory Committee (CSAC or
Committee). The Committee will
address policy, research, and technical
issues relating to a full range of Census
Bureau programs and activities,
including decennial, economic, field
operations, information technology, and
statistics. Last minute changes to the
schedule are possible, which could
prevent giving advance public notice of
schedule adjustments. Please visit the
Census Advisory Committee’s website at

CSAC meeting information, including
the agenda, and how to join the meeting.
DATES: The virtual meeting will be held

SUMMARY: As a result of the
determinations by the Department of
Commerce (Commerce) and the
International Trade Commission (ITC)
that revocation of the antidumping duty
(AD) orders on ferrovanadium from the
Republic of South Africa (South Africa)
and the People’s Republic of China
(China) would likely lead to
continuation or recurrence of dumping
and material injury to an industry in the
United States, Commerce is publishing
a notice of continuation of these AD
orders.
