The notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Hawaii is hereby amended to
include Individual Assistance limited to
the Crisis Counseling Program for those
areas determined to have been adversely
affected by the event declared a major
disaster by the President in his
declaration of April 1, 2020.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Individual Assistance limited to the Crisis
Counseling Program for all areas in the State
of Hawaii (already designated for emergency
protective measures [Category B] not
authorized under other Federal statutes,
including direct Federal assistance).
