AGENCY:
Notice is being given that the
FAA is withdrawing a Notice of
Opportunity for Public Comment for the
City of New Haven, CT to exchange a
.64 acre parcel of land with an adjacent
land owner of equal size and value at
Tweed-New Haven Regional Airport.
The exchange of land will provide the
airport with the necessary land to build
an extension of a parallel taxiway and
vehicle service road that will serve the
end of Runway 20. A Federal Register
notice is not required for this specific
action. The Notice, Document Number:
2020–17150, 85 FR 47838, Page 47838,
was published in the Federal Register
on August 6, 2020 and is currently on
public inspection.

The Commercial Space
Transportation Advisory Committee was
created under the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (FACA), in accordance
with Public Law 92–463. Since its
inception, industry-led COMSTAC has
provided information, advice, and
recommendations to the U.S.
Department of Transportation through
FAA regarding technology, business,
and policy issues relevant to oversight
of the U.S. commercial space
transportation sector.

exemptions; request for comments.
AGENCY:
FMCSA announces its
decision to renew exemptions for nine
individuals from the requirement in the
Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Regulations (FMCSRs) that interstate
commercial motor vehicle (CMV)
drivers have ‘‘no established medical
history or clinical diagnosis of epilepsy
or any other condition which is likely
to cause loss of consciousness or any
loss of ability to control a CMV.’’ The
exemptions enable these individuals
who have had one or more seizures and
are taking anti-seizure medication to
continue to operate CMVs in interstate
commerce.
DATES: Each group of renewed
exemptions were applicable on the
dates stated in the discussions below
and will expire on the dates stated in
the discussions below. Comments must
be received on or before September 16,
2020.
