These forms provides the IAEA with information about additional aspects of the U.S. commercial nuclear fuel cycle, including: Mining and milling of nuclear materials; buildings on sites of facilities selected by the IAEA from the U.S. Eligible Facilities List; nuclearrelated equipment manufacturing, assembly, or construction; import and export of nuclear and nuclear-related items and materials; and research and development.
