requirement (a) in the Fiscal Year (FY)
2018 notice inviting applications (NIA)
for the Statewide Family Engagement
Centers (SFEC) program, Catalog of
Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA)
number 84.310A. This final requirement
provides current grantees the
opportunity to request, on an annual
basis, a reduction in their required 15
percent matching contribution in a
project year due to economic
circumstances related to the Novel
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID–19)
pandemic.
