The Form DS–2019 is the document that provides the information needed to identify an individual (and spouse and dependents, where applicable) seeking to enter the United States as an Exchange Visitor in J-Nonimmigrant status. Minor changes have been made to the wording in the 212(e) section entitled Signature of Responsible Officer or Alternate Responsible Officer. This change does not increase cost or burden.
