Abstract of Proposed Collection
The collection is the continuation of
information collected and needed by the
Bureau of Educational and Cultural
Affairs in administering the Exchange
Visitor Program (J-Nonimmigrant) under
the provisions of the Mutual
Educational and Cultural Exchange Act,
as amended (22 U.S.C. 2451, et seq.).
The Form DS–2019 is the document that
provides the information needed to
identify an individual (and spouse and
dependents, where applicable) seeking
to enter the United States as an
Exchange Visitor in J-Nonimmigrant
status. Minor changes have been made
to the wording in the 212(e) section
entitled Signature of Responsible Officer
or Alternate Responsible Officer. This
change does not increase cost or burden.
Methodology
Access to Form DS–2019 is made
available to Department designated
sponsors electronically via the Student
and Exchange Visitor Information
System (SEVIS).

The Surface Transportation Board has
received a request from the U.S. Wheat
Associates (WB20–40—8/7/20) for
permission to use select data from the
Board’s 1984–2019 Unmasked Carload
Waybill Samples. Also, their request
asks for permission to access the
masking factors. A copy of this request
may be obtained from the Board’s
website under docket No. WB20–40.
The waybill sample contains
confidential railroad and shipper data;

AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44
U.S.C. Chapter 35), this notice
announces the U.S. Trade and
Development Agency’s (USTDA)
intention to request an extension for a
currently approved information
collection for Evaluation of USTDA
Performance. USTDA invites general
public and other Federal agencies to
take this opportunity to comment on the
following proposed information
collection. Comments may be sent to
Lisa Jayne Lawn, Administrative
Officer. All comments received will be
available for public inspection during
regular business hours at the same
address.
