This is a supplemental notice in the
above-referenced Thordin ApS’s
application for market-based rate
authority, with an accompanying rate
tariff, noting that such application
includes a request for blanket
authorization, under 18 CFR part 34, of
future issuances of securities and
assumptions of liability.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

AGENCY:
EPA has received a specific
exemption request from the California
Department of Pesticide Regulation to
use the pesticide lambda-cyhalothrin
(CAS No. 91465–08–6) to treat up to
3,000 acres of asparagus to control the
European asparagus aphid. The
applicant proposes a use which is
supported by the Interregional (IR)–4
program and has been requested in 5 or
more previous years, and a petition for
tolerance has not yet been submitted to
the Agency. EPA is soliciting public
comment before making the decision
whether to grant the exemption.
