The last notification was filed with
the Department on May 13, 2020. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(h) of the
Act on June 8, 2020 (85 FR 34764).

Consortium
Notice is hereby given that, on July
13, 2020, pursuant to Section 6(a) of the
National Cooperative Research and
Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301
et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), Vehicle to
Infrastructure Consortium (‘‘V2I
Consortium’’) has filed written
notifications simultaneously with the
Attorney General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, Mazda Motor of America,
Inc., Irvine CA; Fuji Heavy Industries
USA, Inc., Subaru, Cherry Hill NJ; and
Volvo Group North America, Costa
Mesa CA have withdrawn as parties to
this venture.
No other changes have been made in
either the membership or planned
activity of the group research project.
Membership in this group research
project remains open, and V21 intends

Investigations Regarding Eligibility To
Apply for Worker Adjustment
Assistance
Petitions have been filed with the
Secretary of Labor under Section 221(a)
of the Trade Act of 1974 (‘‘the Act’’) and
are identified in the Appendix to this
notice. Upon receipt of these petitions,
the Administrator of the Office of Trade
Adjustment Assistance, Employment
and Training Administration, has
instituted investigations pursuant to
Section 221(a) of the Act.
The purpose of each of the
investigations is to determine whether
the workers are eligible to apply for
adjustment assistance under Title II,
Chapter 2, of the Act. The investigations
will further relate, as appropriate, to the
determination of the date on which total
or partial separations began or
threatened to begin and the subdivision
of the firm involved.
The petitioners or any other persons
showing a substantial interest in the
subject matter of the investigations may
request a public hearing provided such
request is filed in writing with the
Administrator, Office of Trade
Adjustment Assistance, at the address
shown below, no later than August 10,
2020.
Interested persons are invited to
submit written comments regarding the
subject matter of the investigations to
the Administrator, Office of Trade
Adjustment Assistance, at the address
shown below, not later than August 10,
2020.
