24.23. However, the reference should have been to
paragraph (b)(4)(ii). CBP intends to publish a future
document in the Federal Register to make a
technical correction to Appendix B of part 24. This
technical correction will also address the
inadvertent errors specified in footnotes 7, 8, and
10 below.
