SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will convene a

(ACMUI) on September 21-22, 2020. A sample of agenda items to be

ACMUI's review and analysis of medical events from fiscal year 2019; a
discussion of the ACMUI's review and analysis of non-medical events
from fiscal year 2019; a discussion on the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration's regulatory process for the development of drugs and
devices; an update on the NRC's Phase 2 revision of Regulatory Guide
8.39, ``Release of Patients Administered Radioactive Material''; and an
update on the activities of the NRC's Medical Radiation Safety Team.
