SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In the
‘‘Rules and Regulations’’ Section of this
issue of the Federal Register, we are
publishing a direct final Notification of
Deletion of the Scrap Processing Site
without prior Notification of Intent to
Delete because EPA views this as a
noncontroversial revision and
anticipates no adverse comment(s). We
have explained our reasons for this
deletion in the preamble to the direct
final Notification of Deletion, and those
reasons are incorporated herein. If we
receive no adverse comment(s) on this
deletion action, we will not take further
action on this Notification of Intent to
Delete. If we receive adverse
comment(s), we will withdraw the
direct final Notification of Deletion, and
it will not take effect. We will, as
appropriate, address all public
comments in a subsequent final
Notification of Deletion based on this
Notification of Intent to Delete. We will
not institute a second comment period
on this Notification of Intent to Delete.
Any parties interested in commenting
must do so at this time.

ACTION:
In this document, the Office
of Engineering and Technology
dismisses Encina Communications
Corporation’s Petition for
Reconsideration for the final rule
published in the Federal Register on
May 26, 2020. A Petition for
Reconsideration of this order must have
been filed within thirty days, i.e. on or
by June 25, 2020, to be considered
timely. However, the Petition was filed
on June 29, 2020, four days late. We
therefore dismiss it.
