Take notice that on July 6, 2020, PJM
Interconnection, LLC submitted a filing
in compliance with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission’s (Commission)
Order on Proposed Tariff Revisions and
Operating Agreement Revisions, in the
above captioned proceeding, on May 21,
2020.1
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will

Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc.;
Notice of Authorization for Continued
Project Operation
On June 28, 2018, South Carolina
Electric & Gas Company (now identified
as Dominion Energy South Carolina,
Inc.),1 licensee for the Parr
Hydroelectric Project, filed an
Application for a New License pursuant
to the Federal Power Act (FPA) and the
Commission’s regulations thereunder.
The Parr Hydroelectric Project is on the
Broad River in Newberry and Fairfield
Counties, South Carolina.
The license for Project No. 1894 was
issued for a period ending June 30,
2020. Section 15(a)(1) of the FPA, 16
U.S.C. 808(a)(1), requires the
Commission, at the expiration of a
license term, to issue from year-to-year
an annual license to the then licensee
under the terms and conditions of the
prior license until a new license is
issued, or the project is otherwise
disposed of as provided in section 15 or
