on Rock Creek near the City of Haines
in Baker County, Oregon, and occupies
federal lands administered by the Forest
Service.
In the EA, Commission staff analyzes
the potential environmental effects of
the project and concludes that issuing a
license for the project, with appropriate
environmental measures, would not
constitute a major federal action
significantly affecting the quality of the
human environment.
The Commission provides all
interested persons an opportunity to
view and/or print the EA via the
internet through the Commission’s
Home Page (https://www.ferc.gov) using
the ‘‘eLibrary’’ link. Enter the docket
number, excluding the last three digits
in the docket number field, to access the
document. At this time, the Commission

The FTC requests that the

(OMB) extend for three years the current
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA)
clearance for information collection
requirements contained in the Fuel
Rating Rule (the Rule). The current
clearance expires on July 31, 2020.
