Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission), and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA), that a planning meeting of the
Delaware Advisory Committee to the
Commission will convene by conference
call, on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at
1:00 p.m. (EDT). The purpose of the
meeting is for project planning and
selection of additional Committee
officers.

based hearings to hear from speakers
and discuss legal financial obligations
in North Carolina.
