Abstract: VA uses information from the current collection at the beginning PO 00000 Frm 00146 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 9990 42491 of the school term to ensure that advance payments have been delivered and to determine whether the student has increased, reduced, or terminated training. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
