    This notice identifies the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 
staff's revised schedule for the completion of the environmental 
assessment (EA) for North Baja Pipeline, LLC's (North Baja) North Baja 
XPress Project. The first notice of schedule, issued on February 14,
