Abstract: In the Energy Policy Act of 1992, Congress required the Commission to develop a simplified method for changing oil pipeline rates. in Docket No. CP20-482-000 a prior notice request pursuant to sections

under the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and EGT's blanket certificate issued
