reduce pension benefits payable to
participants and beneficiaries if certain
conditions are satisfied. In order to
reduce benefits, the plan sponsor is
required to submit an application to the
Secretary of the Treasury, which must
be approved or denied in consultation
with the Pension Benefit Guaranty
Corporation (PBGC) and the Department
of Labor.
On May 29, 2020 the Board of
Trustees of the Bricklayers & Allied
Craftsmen Local 7 Pension Fund
submitted an application for approval to
reduce benefits under the plan. As
required by MPRA, that application has
been published on Treasury’s website at
https://www.treasury.gov/services/
Pages/Plan-Applications.aspx. Treasury
is publishing this notice in the Federal
Register, in consultation with PBGC and
the Department of Labor, to solicit
public comments on all aspects of the
Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen Local 7
Pension Fund’s application.
Comments are requested from
interested parties, including
participants and beneficiaries, employee
organizations, and contributing
employers of the Bricklayers & Allied
Craftsmen Local 7 Pension Fund.
Consideration will be given to any
comments that are timely received by
Treasury.

Abstract: VA will use the information
collected to determine whether the
claimant qualifies to receive
reimbursement for a claimed national
test, and if so, the amount of the
reimbursement.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register

soliciting comments on this collection

The Department of Veterans Affairs
(VA) gives notice under the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, that a virtual
meeting of the Advisory Committee on
Disability Compensation (Committee)
will be held on July 14–15, 2020, from
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Eastern
Standard Time). The virtual meeting is
open to the public.
The purpose of the Committee is to
advise the Secretary of Veterans Affairs
on the maintenance and periodic
readjustment of the VA Schedule for
Rating Disabilities. The Committee is to
assemble and review relevant
information relating to the nature and
character of disabilities arising during
service in the Armed Forces, provide an
ongoing assessment of the effectiveness
of the rating schedule, and give advice
on the most appropriate means of
responding to the needs of Veterans
relating to disability compensation.
The agenda will include overview
briefings on the VA Schedule for Rating
Disabilities, Disability Benefits
Questionnaires, and other servicerelated exposures such as burn pits,
Blue Water Navy herbicide exposure,
and Camp Lejeune water contamination.
No time will be allocated at this
virtual meeting for receiving oral
presentations from the public. The
public may submit 1–2-page summaries
of their written statements for the
Committee’s review. Public comments
may be received no later than July 7,
2020, for inclusion in the official
