Take notice that on June 11, 2020,
Michael R. Niggli, submitted for filing,
an application for authority to hold
interlocking positions, pursuant to
section 305(b) of the Federal Power Act,
16 U.S.C. 825d (b), Part 45 of the
Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR part 45.8 (2019).
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of

to maintain the reservoir surface up to
25 feet below its normal elevation of 819
feet National Geodetic Vertical Datum of
1929, beginning on July 29 and lasting
until September 29, 2020. The reservoir
drawdown is being proposed to allow
for inspections and maintenance of
project facilities.
