Approval of permit applications will occur only when the registrant’s activity is consistent with what is authorized under 21 U.S.C. 952(a) (2). SUMMARY: The Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, pursuant to its 
regulations and the Government in the Sunshine Act, hereby gives notice 
in regard to the scheduling of open meetings as follows:

DATES: Thursday, June 25, 2020, at 10 a.m.

PLACE:  This meeting will be held by teleconference. There will be no 
physical meeting place.

STATUS:  Open. Members of the public who wish to observe the meeting
