The company plans to import this
controlled substance for phase I of a
clinical study. Approval of permit
applications will occur only when the
registrant’s activity is consistent with
what is authorized under 21 U.S.C.
952(a) (2). Authorization will not extend
to the import of Food and Drug
Administration (FDA)-approved or nonapproved finished dosage forms for
commercial sale.
The company plans to manufacture
the above-listed controlled substances
in bulk for conversion to other
controlled substances and sales to its
customers for dosage form development,
clinical trials and use in stability
qualification studies. No other activities
for these drug codes are authorized for
this registration.
