ACTION: Notice of sales of reverse
mortgage loans; change of bid date.
AGENCY:
On February 25, 2020, HUD
published a notice intending to
competitively offer multiple residential
reverse mortgage pools consisting of
approximately 700 reverse mortgage
notes secured by properties with a loan
balance of approximately $150 million.
This document identifies a change in
the bid date.
DATES: This change in date is effective
June 17, 2020.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On
February 25, 2020, HUD announced its
intention to competitively offer multiple
residential reverse mortgage pools
consisting of approximately 700 reverse
mortgage notes secured by properties
with a loan balance of approximately
$150 million on March 18, 2020.1 The
sale was to consist of due and payable
