pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission), and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA), that a planning meeting of the
Rhode Island State Advisory Committee
to the Commission will convene by
conference call, on Tuesday, June 30,
2020 at 1:00 p.m. (EDT). The purpose of

on licensing and conduct a planning
meeting of the committee after the
