k. Description of Request: Hydro
Technology Systems, Inc. (licensee)
requests Commission approval to
remove a 3.5-acre area of land from the
current project boundary and revise the
project’s approved Exhibit G drawing to
reflect this modification. The licensee
states that the subject property is
undeveloped; does not contain any
project facilities or other buildings or
structures, or significant habitats or
environmental resources; and is not
needed for project operations or other
project purposes. Commission approval
of the proposed boundary modification
would allow the licensee to add the
property to an existing adjacent lot
(outside the current boundary) for the
construction of a residential structure.
