SUMMARY: The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (the 
``Commission'') is suspending all in-person hearings, settlement judge 
conferences, and mediations until July 10, 2020.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In view of the risks presented by the novel
