ACTION:
In accordance with the
Federal Advisory Committee Act of
1972, the National Park Service (NPS) is
hereby giving notice that the National
Park System Advisory Board (Board)
will meet as noted below.
DATES: The teleconference meeting will
be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, from
11:00 a.m., to 5:00 p.m., Eastern
Daylight Time. For deadlines and
instructions on registering to
participate, submitting written material
and giving an oral presentation, please
see guidance under SUPPLEMENTARY
INFORMATION.

has been established by authority of the
Secretary of the Interior (Secretary)
under 54 U.S.C. 100906, and is
regulated by the Federal Advisory
Committee Act.
The Board will convene its meeting at
11:00 a.m. and adjourn at 5:00 p.m. The
Board will receive briefings and discuss
topics related to improving the visitor
experience in NPS managed units and
workforce planning for the next century.
The final agenda and briefing materials
will be posted to the Board’s website
prior to the meeting at https://
www.nps.gov/advisoryboard.htm.
The meeting is open to the public.
Interested persons may choose to make
oral comments at the meeting during the
designated time for this purpose.
Depending on the number of people
wishing to comment and the time
available, the amount of time for oral

AGENCY:
The Office of Natural
Resources Revenue (ONRR) is proposing
to renew an information collection.
Through this Information Collection
Request (ICR), ONRR seeks renewed
authority to collect information related
to the paperwork requirements under its
regulations covering cross-lease netting
in the calculation of late-payment
interest; a lessee’s designation of
designee; and Tribal permission for
recoupment on Indian oil and gas
leases.
DATES: Interested persons are invited to
submit comments on or before August 4,
2020.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In
accordance with the PRA and 5 CFR
1320.8(d)(1), all information collections
require approval under the PRA. ONRR
may not conduct or sponsor and you are
not required to respond to a collection
of information unless it displays a
currently valid OMB control number.
As part of our continuing effort to
reduce paperwork and respondent
burdens, ONRR is inviting the public
and other Federal agencies to comment
on new, proposed, revised, and
continuing collections of information.
This helps ONRR to assess the impact
of our information collection
requirements and minimize the public’s
reporting burden. It also helps the
public understand our information
collection requirements and provide the
requested data in the desired format.
ONRR is especially interested in
public comments addressing the
following:
(1) Whether or not the collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
agency, including whether or not the
information will have practical utility;
(2) The accuracy of our estimate of the
burden for this collection of
information, including the validity of
the methodology and assumptions used;
(3) Ways to enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and
(4) How might the agency minimize
the burden of the collection of
information on those who are to
respond, including through the use of
appropriate automated, electronic,
mechanical, or other technological
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology, e.g., permitting
electronic submission of response.
