petitioners timely withdrew their
request for an administrative review for

Recommendations from this group will
be brought to the full Council for formal
consideration and action, if appropriate.
Notification to Importers
This notice serves as the only
reminder to importers of their
responsibility, under 19 CFR
351.402(f)(2), to file a certificate
regarding the reimbursement of
antidumping duties prior to liquidation
of the relevant entries during this
review period. Failure to comply with
this requirement may result in the

antidumping duties occurred and the
subsequent assessment of double
antidumping duties.
DATES:
Rescission of Administrative Review
Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1),
Commerce will rescind an
administrative review, in whole or in
part, if the parties which requested a
review withdraw the request within 90
days of the date of publication of the
notice of initiation of the requested
review. All parties which requested an
administrative review withdrew their
requests for review for all companies by
the 90-day deadline, and no other party
requested an administrative review of
this order. Therefore, in accordance
with 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), we are
rescinding the administrative review of

destruction of APO materials or
conversion to judicial protective order is
hereby requested. Failure to comply
with the regulations and the terms of an
APO is a sanctionable violation.
This notice is published in
accordance with sections 751(a)(1) and
777(i)(1) of the Act, and 19 CFR
