The meeting is open to the public. The agenda will include time for people to make oral statements of three minutes or less. Individuals wishing to make an oral statement should request in writing by June 8, 2020, to be scheduled on the agenda. Anyone who would like to bring related matters to the attention of the committee may file written statements with the committee staff before or after the meeting. AGENCY: On May 19, 2020, in response to a petition, the Secretary of Commerce (the ‘‘Secretary’’) initiated an investigation to determine the effects on the national security from imports of mobile cranes. This investigation has been initiated under section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, as amended. Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, data, analyses, or other information pertinent to the investigation to the Department of Commerce’s (the ‘‘Department’’) Bureau of Industry and Security by July 10, 2020.
