County has not managed the land in
accordance with the purposes stated in
the aforementioned enabling legislation
(Public Law 116–9). No portion of the
land shall under any circumstance
revert to the United States if any such
portion has been used for solid waste
disposal or for any other purpose which
may result in the disposal, placement,
or release of any hazardous substance.
The subject parcel of land will not be
offered for conveyance prior to the 60day publication of this notice of realty
action.
Detailed information concerning the
proposed land conveyance including
the planning and environmental
document is available for review at the
BLM Vernal Field Office.
This realty action will become the
final determination of the Department of
the Interior not less than 60 days from
May 19, 2020.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
meeting of the Council is being held
under the provisions of the Federal
Advisory Committee Act of 1972. The
Council was established by the Colorado
River Basin Salinity Control Act of 1974
(Pub. L. 93–320) (Act) to receive reports
and advise Federal agencies on
implementing the Act.
Purpose of the Meeting: The purpose
of the meeting is to discuss and take
appropriate actions regarding the
following: (1) The Basin States Program
created by Public Law 110–246, which
amended the Act; (2) responses to the
Advisory Council Report; and (3) other
items within the jurisdiction of the
Council.
Agenda: Council members will be
updated and briefed on the status of (1)
the Bureau of Reclamation’s Basinwide
and Basin States salinity control
programs, (2) the Bureau of Land
Management’s and Natural Resources
Conservation Service’s salinity control
programs, and (3) other salinity control
activities occurring in the Colorado
River Basin.
Meeting Accessibility: The meeting is
open to the public. Individuals wanting
access to the virtual meeting should
contact Mr. Kib Jacobson (see FOR
FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT) no later
than June 2, 2020, to receive
instructions.
Public Disclosure of Comments: To
the extent that time permits, the Council
chairman will allow public presentation
of oral comments at the meeting. Any
member of the public may file written
statements with the Council before,
during, or up to 30 days after the
meeting either in person or by mail. To
allow full consideration of information
by Council members at the meeting,
written notice must be provided to Mr.
Kib Jacobson (see FOR FURTHER
INFORMATION CONTACT) by May 29, 2020.

Canada
Determination
On the basis of the record 1 developed
in the subject investigation, the United
States International Trade Commission
(‘‘Commission’’) determines, pursuant
to the Tariff Act of 1930 (‘‘the Act’’),
that an industry in the United States is
not materially injured or threatened
with material injury, and the
establishment of an industry in the
United States is not materially retarded
by reason of imports of sodium sulfate
anhydrous from Canada, provided for in
subheadings 2833.11.10 and 2833.11.50
of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of
the United States, that have been found
by the U.S. Department of Commerce
(‘‘Commerce’’) to be sold in the United
States at less than fair value (‘‘LTFV’’).2
Background
The Commission instituted this
investigation effective March 28, 2019,
following receipt of a petition filed with
the Commission and Commerce by
Cooper Natural Resources, Inc., Fort
Worth, Texas; Elementis Global LLC,
East Windsor, New Jersey; and Searles
Valley Minerals, Inc., Overland Park,
Kansas. The Commission scheduled the
final phase of the investigation
following notification of a preliminary
determination by Commerce that
imports of sodium sulfate anhydrous
from Canada were being sold at LTFV
