Purpose of Meeting: To provide
advice and recommendations to the
National Science Foundation (NSF), the
National Aeronautics and Space
Administration (NASA) and the U.S.
Department of Energy (DOE) on issues
within the field of astronomy and
astrophysics that are of mutual interest
and concern to the agencies.
Agenda: To hear presentations of
current programming by representatives
from NSF, NASA, DOE and other
agencies relevant to astronomy and
astrophysics; to discuss current and
potential areas of cooperation between
the agencies; to formulate
recommendations for continued and
new areas of cooperation and
mechanisms for achieving them.
Pursuant to section 189.a.(2)
of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as
amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) is
publishing this regular biweekly notice.
The Act requires the Commission to
publish notice of any amendments
issued, or proposed to be issued, and
grants the Commission the authority to

any amendment to an operating license
or combined license, as applicable,
upon a determination by the
Commission that such amendment
involves no significant hazards
consideration, notwithstanding the

request for a hearing from any person.
This biweekly notice includes all
amendments issued, or proposed to be
issued, from April 21, 2020, to May 4,
2020. The last biweekly notice was
published on May 5, 2020.
DATES: Comments must be filed by June
18, 2020. A request for a hearing or
petitions for leave to intervene must be
filed by July 20, 2020.
