The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory

temporary exemption from certain
periodic training and requalification
requirements for security personnel at
the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No.
1, in response to an April 24, 2020,
request, as supplemented on May 6,
2020, from Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp.
DATES: The temporary exemption was
issued on May 11, 2020.
