Columbia Gas proposes to amend the Order Issuing Certificate and Approving Abandonment issued on January 19, 2017 in Docket No. CP15–514–000 in order to modify the full-load operation of its Ceredo Compressor Station and modify the noise level requirements for the Ceredo and Crawford Compressor Stations. The Ceredo and Crawford Compressor Stations are located in Wayne County, West Virginia, and Fairfield County, Ohio, respectively. The EA assesses the potential environmental effects of the Amendment in accordance with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act.
