This is a supplemental notice in the
above-referenced Ewington Energy
Systems, LLC’s application for marketbased rate authority, with an
accompanying rate tariff, noting that
such application includes a request for
blanket authorization, under 18 CFR
part 34, of future issuances of securities
and assumptions of liability.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest should file with the Federal

in accordance with Rules 211 and 214

ACTION: Notice of charter renewal.
AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given that the
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
has determined that, in accordance with
the provisions of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. App. 2,
the EPA Board of Scientific Counselors
(BOSC) is in the public interest and is
necessary in connection with the
performance of EPA’s duties.
Accordingly, the BOSC will be renewed
for an additional two-year period. The
purpose of the BOSC is to provide
advice and recommendations to the
Administrator regarding science and
engineering research, programs and
plans, laboratories, and research
management practices. Inquiries may be
